1. freshwater sawfish
Janet Carter in collaboration with The Kimberley - Like Nowhere Else Alliance
This life-size installation honours one of the world’s most extraordinary and critically endangered species— the freshwater sawfish (Pristis pristis).
The installation demonstrates the maximum length freshwater sawfish reach at maturity, a spectacular seven metres!
The Martuwarra Fitzroy River is one of the last global strongholds for the species — a wild, free-flowing river winding a spectacular 700km through the Kimberley region of north-west Australia.
2. Maliyah (Mermaid Sculpture)
VAL WESTERN
The Maliyah Mermaid Sculpture showcases a serene mermaid in earthy ocean hues, seated gracefully on a seashell-shaped base. Holding a delicate seashell, she embodies the tranquil beauty of the sea, making it a perfect piece for ocean-inspired decor.

7. KINDRED SPIRITS
WAYNE SMITH
Crafted from the raw, elemental beauty of corten steel, this sculpture, titled "Kindred Spirits," presents two soaring, twisting columns. Each column possesses its own unique trajectory, representing the journey and individuality of every living thing. Yet, they are drawn together, meeting in a powerful embrace at their heart.
This central union is a metaphor for the strength found in joining forces, highlighting the profound impact of kindness and mutual respect in our interactions. The material itself, with its rich, rust-like surface, alludes to the passage of time and our commitment to sustainability, reminding us of our connection to the earth and each other. It is a visual ode to the harmonious interplay of individual spirit and collective community.

8. SPINNAKER
JAKE COUGHLAN
Spinnaker is a work inspired by the playful imagination of children. To see an ocean in a puddle and a sailing ship made from gum leaves. It is a reminder that creative imagination lives within everyone and when we remember this the world becomes richer.
